Hi everyone, please meet Patrick Antonelle, owner of Antonelle Fine Art! Hailing from Belle Harbor NY, Patrick and his family are dear friends. In a time when we are mostly isolated from the outside world, Patrick’s art reminds us of how wonderful precious moments are, especially in New York City.
Patrick Antonelle has been painting for over three decades continuously in pursuit of perfecting his talent. To say he’s a talented artist is an understatement. Although he studied at the School of Visual Arts at the Brooklyn Museum and the Art Students League, it has been mostly self-education and confidence that has guided him from novice to master of his profession. In essence, he attributes life and nature as his best teachers.
When not painting the landscapes of Tuscany or the seascapes of Long Island, Patrick has most recently been portraying the many facades and moods of New York City, Central Park and their environs. They are depictions of his favorite New York architecture in various seasons rendered in his own Pointillistic- Impressionistic style. In this genre, he often resurrects nostalgic New York scenes that have been long forgotten.
Like many of us, Patrick is trying to grow his business in this difficult environment. Galleries are closed and he is looking for ways to create awareness about his gift of art to the world.
Over the years, he has been the recipient of many honors and awards derived from his group and one-man shows. His works are included in numerous corporate and private collections, including Alec Baldwin and Trey Parker as well as Apple Computer, Citicorp and Panasonic.
Patrick is offering our readers $100 off the price of any of these pieces featured on neighborbee. These giclees on canvas are signed & numbered, limited edition of 50, hand embellished & varnished like an original.
We can all use an escape of beauty more than ever.
